Timepiece Limited Ten-Year Warranty
All A.T. Cross timepieces are warranted to the original owner to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of ten years from date of receipt.

During the warranty period the product will be repaired or replaced (with the same or similar model), without charge for either parts or labour. Excluded from this warranty are the strap, the crystal, the case, the battery, all accessories, emblems or customised decoration on or with the watch as well as parts damaged from impact, unreasonable use or obvious abuse. Damage not resulting from a defect in material or workmanship, damage caused by tampering or damage resulting from repairs not performed by A.T. Cross or by a service centre designated by Cross is not covered by this warranty.
